The mercato expert Alfredo Pedullà reports on his blogg that the relation between the defender Rolando and his club Porto has never been worse than now and that this is the best possible time for a transfer move. Pedullà explains:

“This is the best chance for the club that has the will and intention to buy Rolando. It’s always hard to negotiate with Porto, but at the moment the relation between the player and the club is the worst ever and this is why he could leave Porto on a loan with a buy option on seven million euros. It’s a great decrease of his value since Porto wanted at least 14 million for him last summer. Napoli and Inter have insisted the most until now and they continue to monitor the situation. Juve have showed the interest and in the first days of january the race for Rolando should begin.”
