The entire group of players are following their coach. That is now confirmed by Andrea Ranocchia, who has just returned from his duties with the Italian national team, in an interview with Marco Barzaghi from Sport Mediaset ahead of the game against Juventus.
“We won the away game in Turin and now we hope to repeat that achievement. The home game versus Tottenham has to serve as a guidance for our performances in the upcoming matches.”
“We will fight for the Champions League-spots until the very end. It is going to be difficult since there are a lot of teams involved, but we are there aswell.”
“The voices regarding the coach? It is nothing that affects him or our work as a team, we all stand by him.”
Finally a few words regarding Walter Samuel who has recently returned from a period of injury:
“If we will go back to a defence of three now? I don’t know, it’s up to the coach to decide. We are feeling comfortable in defences of three aswell as in four. Samuel is a pillar, a strong personality.”
