In an interview with TMW, Ernesto Paolillo, former CEO of Inter, revealed that he is convinced that Javier Zanetti will come back despite the severe injury he suffered yesterday afternoon in Palermo: “I have had the great fortune to get to know Zanetti well and therefore I was really surprised this injury. He has always shown his tremendous strength, his ability to never get injured and he was always the first to lead the group. I hoped he would never have anything to do with injuries this serious. I know his fighting spirit and his character and I am sure he will come back to the pitch to end his career the way he deserves to. He has a great ability to recover and will also suffer through rehabilitation. I have no doubt that he will end his career at Inter as a hero.”
