The radio show “Si Gonfia la Rete” interviewed the ex-Inter manager Gigi Simoni, along with the staff of fcinternews.it, who talked about his time at Inter:
“I had a great period at Inter. We won an Uefa-cup title and lost a scudetto becausea Iuliano got in the way… But i also have strong ties with Napoli. azzari? I had him as a player and I still follow him as a coach, and i think he’s doing well.
Stramaccioni is quite different from him. He is a great guy who knows what he is doing, but the step from the primavera to the first team is not easy and he has had some difficulties, mostly with injuries.
Now he has been at the bench for one and a half year. I think that the people in charge at Inter are better suited for making decisions on his future than us outsiders.”
