In an interview with Andrea Zamprogno, which apparently was made before the sale of Donati to Bayer Leverkusen was finalized, the FIFA agent talked with IlSussidiario.net about Inter’s youngsters Donati and Bardi: “If Inter really have to sell Handanovic for a figure around 30 million euro, it would be appropriate for Inter to focus on Bardi. Donati? I sincerely hope that Inter don’t sell Donati abroad because Italian football may lose another interesting young player. It would be better to loan him to a club in Serie A, even a team in the bottom, where he could try playing at the highest level.”
He concludes with a few words about Isla: “Isla is definitely a player of the highest level, but he comes from a troubled season, also regarding his physical form. Maybe he’s not yet ready to become a cornerstone of Mazzarri’s Inter.”
