The buy out option is worth 4 million euros and that is what Milan will pay in a year if they want to keep the defender. The deal could be worth 5 million euros for Inter if Milan chooses to buy Silvestre and more than that Inter save 3 million euros because they don’t have to pay Silvestres wages for a year.
