According to today’s Tuttosport Inter are plotting a double raid on Champions League finalists Atletico Madrid. There already exists a good relationship between the Nerazzurri and current Atleti boss Diego Simeone. Not only him though, Piero Ausilio has been in regular contact with Andrea Berta (his counterpart in the Spanish capital) and Inter hope this could go in their favour. Mario Suarez and the Argentinian left back Emiliano Insua are the two targets for Walter Mazzarri’s side. However, after unsuccessfully attempting to insert Ricky Alvarez or Fredy Guarin into the deal, Inter must sell one or both before they can move forward with a cash based deal.
