The Mönchengladbach sporting director Max Eberl talked about the mercato and the rumours around Inter’s interest in Granit Xhaka:
“Inter wants Xhaka? They could call me but we don’t want to sell him and I’m sure that he doesn’t want to change teams. I have never spoken to anyone from Inter. I know about this so called interest from the newspapers because I repeat, I have never spoken with anyone from Inter.”
