Chievo Verona have nearly secured salvation mathematically, and currently sit 13th place in the Serie A table. Much of the credit has to go to coach Rolando Maran, who has helped the Flying Donkeys to a great season. Today, the coach expressed his desire to beat Inter tomorrow during his press conference:
“We will try to put the icing on the cake. It will be a fascinating game against Inter, at such a great stadium like the San Siro. I am certain that we will continue our good form from the last two weeks. It will be a nice test to play against Inter. Towards the end of the season, I have seen real passion and dedication from the players. The lads want to impress and get a food result. If we let Inter keep the ball, it will be difficult for us. Mancini and I have many differences. In terms of preparation, I think we are the same.”
