Mancini talked on the press conference after the victory against Frosinone and here are his words as reported by Inter.it:

“Scudetto favorites? We’ll have to wait and see. There’s still a long way to go and every game is difficult. As I’ve said before, there are three or four sides better equipped than we are to win the title because they’ve been playing together for longer.

“Of course we’re delighted to be top and if the lads can keep this up we’ll be able to challenge for the Scudetto but our real target is getting back in the Champions League.”

On the game itself, Mancini commented: “We needed to take our chances better. We found it hard to break the deadlock because Frosinone are well set up. We deserved to win in the end though, and we’re happy.”

Mancini went on to praise the workrate and quality provided by his attacking players, singling out Jonathan Biabiany in particular who netted Inter’s opener this evening.

“It’s not about the formation you play with; the most important thing is how determined you are to win.

“I’m pleased for Biabiany. He had a serious problem and might have had to retire from the game. Now we have a very good player with us who brings quality to the table and can get better still.

“We have some very skilful players up front. They all played well today and showed they’re prepared to put in a shift for the team. Of course the more they play together, the better their understanding will become and there’s huge margin for growth there.”

The coach then explained his first substitution, which saw Andrea Ranocchia replace Yuto Nagatomo, before fielding further questions about possible transfers.

“Yuto was tired after all the travelling on international duty and Andrea offered us more height in the box.

“As for whether we’ll sign anyone, we don’t want to upset the balance we have. If a good opportunity comes up for us to improve the squad, we’ll be ready.

“Pirlo? I don’t even have his phone number. It’s you lot that have been on about him for weeks. He’s a fantastic player who has won everything in Europe and now he’s decided to try a new experience in another league.”
