After criticizing Orsato after Napoli – Inter to Mediaset, Piero Ausilio also did so when talking to Sky:

“A game like Napoli – Inter, with two games that contend for the first place, in front of a great crowd, can’t be ruined by protagonism. There must be more responsibility. It means that the first yellow card was a dive and if you’ve got it wrong the first time, you’re a bit more attentive the second time because it’s only one minute left to the halftime and the result is 1-0 to Napoli. In this way the teams go to HT 11 vs 11 and there’s still a lot of time left of the spectacle.”

“We did bad on the first goal, because we also need to analyze the footballing part of the game. We can’t only think about Orsato, who in that situation made a mistake, and determined a very easy thing, one team in ten and the other in eleven. In the first half we didn’t play as we wanted and in the second half I saw a great Inter who didn’t give Napoli anything and who deserved a draw. Morally for me the team got a draw because in the end we hit the post two times and Reina made a magical save. I counted to 5-6 good chances and for me the game ended with a draw.”

Ausilio ended the interview with slamming the referees once again:

“Inter is tired of playing with ten men due to dives from a player like at Palermo or at Bologna for a small foul from Felipe Melo. It’s the third time it happens to us playing away and it’s getting hard.”
