Angelo Paradiso, who represents Jonathan Calleri in Italy, was interviewed by TMW regarding the players future: “There have been concrete offers but not they haven’t been that high. Palermo wants him but the last offer made by Zamparini was declined. Boca are asking € 15 million, and aside from being a regular starter he’s doing really well and we’re talking about a 22 year old player who’s very talented.”

Could Osvaldo’s possible return to Boca push Calleri to Italy? “Osvaldo has nothing to do with this. Jonathan can play as a striker in the middle or on the wings, he had no problems playing in a trident with Tevez but he’s also wanted by big clubs in England. Also, a few clubs in Germany are interested. In Italy, Inter has made a move for him, but on a personal level I’d like to see him at Roma. Both them and Lazio need a modern attacker like him, who can play both as a striker or deeper as an attacker. We’ll have to wait and see what happens in January.”
