Yesterday Juan Jesus spoke to Inter Channel about the coming Coppa Italia game against Juventus and the team’s lack of form.
“Yesterday (today) will be a difficult game, but we still need to try. Just like they scored three in the first game, even though we are missing Miranda and Murillo we can do the same. I think we have a group that can do great. The last two games against the bianconeri did not go well for us, even though they did not create a lot on Sunday; I think we need to capitalize on all the chances we get. We need to do it, to give our all to take Inter to the final. We need to stay focused so as not to concede, if we concede one everything will be more difficult. I have already played a game like this, against Tottenham were we conceded three in the first game and then scored 4 at San Siro. Unfortunately it ended 4-1..”
Lastly Jesus responded to the criticism from Ausilio:
“I have been through a lot here, it is not news but the director did what he had to do. Now we need to show on the pitch what we are worth.”
