It is not a secret that Inter and Frank de Boer are looking for new fullbacks this January. The first hit should be Matteo Darmian.

According to Tuttomercatoweb.comJose Mourinho has already given the okay and the 26 year old would return willingly to Serie A. Darmian is an Italian, just as requested by the Dutchman and this certainly would not be an onerous deal mainly because the Red Devils do not view him as first choice. Juventus would not be on the trail of Darmian while Inter would have a principle agreement. Waiting for the first shot in January.

In my opinion Darmian would be good deal, only if it’s loan with option to buy! Because he was very big disappointment in Manchester United, he won’t be cheap and we need to have the opportunity to test him first, if he would be enough useful for us!

If we cant get Fabinho for right back (he jsut signed a tnew contract so think he won’t come, at least not in January) the Darmian would be a great player to get in for right back! He’s fast, tecniccally very strong, have good crosses and would fit in very well into the 4-2-3-1/4-3-3 we´re playing (with our without FDB;) ).

Fabinho is going to cost us upward of 35m.

      • casperv

Yes probably but he’s worth it and we are loaded now!

  • Amin Sadrnejad

    Then go for a CB

    • casperv

Yep, a right back, left back and a center back are all very important if we want the team to progress!

can be seen how much money has been spent to kondogbia from 31 million uero on june 2015 financial statements to 40,5 million uero, incredible!!
    this season
    Joao Mario: 45.000.000 Euro

    Gabriel Barbosa: 29.500.000Euro

    Antonio Candreva: 25.000.000 Euro

    Cristian Ansaldi: 10.500.000 Euro

    Gianluca Caprari: 5.500.000 Euro

    • Wynne Putradana

Pardon me, but what’s a financial statement?

      • casperv

It’s a document that shows what we have spend our money on…

    • sleimani

Can you believe we spent 40mil for that trash??

Oh and ‘savior’ Thohir made 131million in interest… he had a verbal agreement that he would keep the money in club coffers but he cashed it out… the guy just mean business, his own business!

  • Andrian Zanetti

Darmian would be perfect. Sime Vrsaljko is also available at the moment.
We can try to get loans with redemption options next year for both players.
Interestingly, they are quite versatile as they can play at both sides.
A new solid center back (Sule or Lindelof) also will be a great addition.
Two solid fullbacks and a new CB, that’s all we need. Do your magic, Ausilio!

    • sleimani

I rate Darmian higher than Sime, he’s just better in general… Darmian and a settled Ansaldi and we are set until summer.

This google translation is terrible btw.

Cant you atleast you re-write the translations to make them proper?

    • INTER!!

What’s bad about the article Mr. Expert? Did you understand it? I cannot see any errors in it. Seriously getting tired of people like you on this site complaining

  • Azzkikr

Im not sold on Darmian tbh, seems like another Grosso to me, but i suppose its worth a shot.

    • Chalon (TMZ World Champion)

Darmian is a solid player. And nothing like Grosso.

      • Azzkikr

Both italian FB’s and both 27 when joining inter (if darmian joins ofcourse).

Both had great success at a smaller italian club before making a big move to a big club. Grosso from palermo to Inter and darmian from torino to united.

Both of them had some success for the NT, grosso during WC 2006 and Darmian being voted best italian NT player of 2014.

Both of them flopped at their new big clubs (or atleast didnt live up expectations).

Nothing like Grosso? To me there are some striking similarities.

        • casperv

Grosso sucked because when moving to the capital of design and fashion he lost interest in football and started to spend more time and energy with his model/cat walking wife 😉

  • Eusebio

Wanted Inter to get him before he went to ManU. Hopefully he comes in January.

  • Khazam Stutja

    Good buy

  • INTER!!

would love to see him in an Inter shirt!
