After the Hall of Fame ceremony in Florence, national team manager Gian Piero Ventura expressed his appreciation for Roberto Gagliardini: “Gagliardini can become the future of the National team, when I called him up the first time people laughed at me. Now everybody is talking about him. But he has to continue to work hard in order to become the core of the National team.”
