The owner of the French club wants to give a major purchase to fans after seeing the dream of getting Neymar fade, according to reports in France

“But he is also in good relations with Kia Joorabchian, one of the rising stars of the world market. Last summer their good relationship had allowed the return to Chelsea of David Luiz (one of his clients). Among his clients there’s also Coutinho, who Liverpool have asked for at least €70million after he signed a contract extension until 2020.
