Lele Oriali: “Gagliardini’s a leading example to all young Italian players.”

Now Italian national team assistant manager and former Inter player and manager Lele Oriali, spoke on behalf of Gian Piero Ventura regarding the national team and the players being chosen for the World Cup Qualifiers.

“Berardi? He just came back from a serious injury and could’ve been part of Italy’s early World Cup Qualifier plans but unfortunately had the injury. Now it depends on him, though.”

“Roberto Gagliardini is someone everyone should look to. He’s a leading example for all young Italian players.”

Oriali then spoke of Balotelli, “There are rules of the game, some written, some unwritten, that you must come to respect. I heard voices talking about Balotelli’s return but there aren’t any appointments between Ventura and Balotelli at the moment. We’ll see in the future.”
