At the end of Cagliari–Inter, before the squad departed to Milan, INTER Channel interviewed the Argentine, Ever Banega:
“It was a difficult game, the last game we had lost and we could not afford lose any more points. The team showed character.”
My performance? “All matches are difficult, I do not look for excuses. I tried to do my best, then with time, I found my position.”
The call-up? “I am very happy, it is a great honour to defend the colors of my country.”
Do you prefer scoring or assisting? “Goals not so much, however, assisting is my thing.”
