Nicola Ventola, one of the former players of both Torino and Inter, today shared his views on different events that are happening at the Milanese club-

Torino, a tough opponent:

Torino is a tough team with a good coach and many great purchases. They have beaten different teams. They beat Roma and Napoli and losing only at home against Juventus. It’s hard to deal with them, but Inter is a top team and Pioli has done a fantastic job since taking charge which can easily be deciphered from results. But Torino won’t be an easy task to cut out”

Belotti vs Icardi:

“Belotti is more similar to me. He ushers in more energy and has more attacking depth. But Icardi is lethal in box, I envy him for that.”

On current relationship with Inter and Football:

I have good relations with Thohir and Piero Ausilio, we even often talk. Inter will always be in the heart, especially for having played in the period of Calciopoli when we stood tallest among the big names. Currently I live in Abu Dhabi and work in a studio. Soon I will be in Italy and other countries to watch several matches”

Suning & Inter:

“It is their ambition and project which counts, not the individual names. Moratti also didn’t get success in early years but Suning has football genius Ausilio with them. If they can get the right players then surely they can get back to where they belong. What it takes is the right set of mind.”
