Marcelo Brozovic‘s agent Miroslav Bicanic spoke to Vecernji List on his client’s return from injury: “Marcelo had an agreement with Stefano Pioli that he would get game time if it became necessary. So it was, because he entered the last quarter of an hour with the score at 2-2: He played pretty well and had the right attitude. The most important thing for him now is to come back physically ready to play the whole 90 minutes, he is looking forward to playing.”

He also discussed the rumours about a possible exit: “The rumours have started again, like last summer. These rumours have no effect on Marcelo however: He is now completely focused on Inter. In his contract there is a 50 million euro clause, and if some other club comes to the Nerazzurri with this money, Inter have no right to turn it down.”
