According Spanish journalist Antonio Ruiz who appeared on Tiempo de Juego, Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone has a 50 million release clause if he is to leave the club this year. The clause doesn’t however apply if the Argentine national team call on him. It is likely that Cholo will manage Atleti next season then take a years sabbatical.
