Corriere dello Sport have further examined Inter’s FFP situation with just 11 days remaining to find €30 million. If Inter miss out by €10 million, they will be fined €7 million. Any more and they risk exclusion from European competition for the 2018/19 season.
Ivan Perisic remains the players likely to be sacrificed to bring in big financial gain. The Nerazzurri have put a €50 million price tag on the winger and Manchester United are the keenest to take him. However, the Red Devils are unwilling to go above €40 million. The general feeling however is that everything will be resolved come the end of the month.
Alternative sales are still being explored in order to keep a hold of one of the teams better players. Marcelo Brozovic is liked by both Everton and Zenit but no offers have came just yet. Ever Banega’s sale could raise as much as €12 million for Inter while the sale of Jeison Murillo could also raise a double figure sum.
