Inter and Manchester City have found an agreement over the loaning of Eliaquim Mangala Premium Sport detail. Premium Sport detail that once completing the transfer for central defender, Inter will turn their attention to another centre back. They also however report that the Citizens are giving the deal a few days before confirming it in case a major offer comes in for the 26 year old.
