Manchester City has already agreed to a loan that would see Mangala come to Inter, however, it all depends if Arsenal and Mustafi reject Inter’s loan offer. Inter have been reported to be willing to pay for Mustafi at a certain price, however, if Arsenal don’t like it, Inter will move for a loan deal with Mangala.
