Gianluca Di Marzio reports through his website that Yann Karamoh has completed his Inter medical. The 19 year old is on the verge of completing a transfer from Ligue 1 club Caen. The winger arrived for medical testing around midday local time and has since arrived to sign his contract with the Nerazzurri.
