With his injury not as bad as feared, Inter are hopeful that Joao Cancelo can feature in the Milan derby on the 15th of October Gazzetta dello Sport report. The Portuguese full back only joined the Nerazzurri last week from Valencia and featured briefly against Roma in the 3-1 win. The international break kicked off after the past weekend’s fixtures and while on international duty Cancelo picked up a knee injury. It was initially feared that it could be a ligament injury, which would more than likely sideline him for the season. Thankfully for Inter, Cancelo is looking at between 5 and 6 weeks on the sidelines.
