To the relief of Inter management, Miranda’s initial tests have come back negative. The defender clashed his head with his goalkeeper Alisson in the first half of Brazil’s 2-0 win over Ecuador. Miranda played the remainder of the half but was taken off at half time as a precaution. The 32 year old has been sent home from international duty where he will have further tests in Milan.
