Eder was interviewed by Premium Sport after the 1-1 draw away against Bologna at the Stadio renato Dall’Ara.
“We knew that Bologna is a team that plays great soccer, but we’re Inter and we threw away 2 valuable points here. We wanted to get the victory but the important factor is NOT losing. Our team played a very strong second half, we were able to have more possession and improved on various aspects of the game.”
When asked about Juventus and Napoli Eder stated: “We’re not worried about them, our goal is to advance to the Champions League. The penalty? The defender touched me from behind and it was clearly a penalty.”
In conclusion Eder was asked about Spalletti’s decision to start Eder on the bench to which he stated: “The decision is the coach’s and I have to work hard each and every week but at the end of the day it’s the coach’s decision regarding who plays.”
