Former Inter goalkeeper Walter Zenga spoke to Radio Rai on Luciano Spalletti: “Luciano has the ability to direct the team so that he can be the protagonist. Spalletti has had less time to work than others [like Max Allegri and Maurizio Sarri] because he arrived in July. However, Inter has an advantage: they do not have to participate in Europe.”
Zenga then added, “It is clear that Inter has the characteristics to get in the top four. Spalletti arrived knowing it is tricky to do worse than last year, in short, it’s easy to do better than last year. If the team goes wrong with a leader like Spalletti, then it becomes problematic. Luciano has changed so much in the areas where the team was struggling.”
