Inter’s Italian full-back, Danilo D’Ambrosio was interviewed by Premium Sport after Inter drew 1-1 away against Bologna at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara after a goal in each half from Simone Verdi and Mauro Icardi.

“We have to look at this from the point of view of Inter, and that means these are two points lost. We could have done much better in the first half, we played like Inter after the interval but we could have handled the match better.”

“If fatigue played a role? It was not easy to play against Crotone because they area team that are looking to avoid relegation from the Serie A and they were mean and chased down every single ball. We needed to have ‘mentalized’ Saturday’s match and gone out on the pitch with a combatitive mentality, and we failed in this regard. Tonight we needed to be quicker to find our balance” D’Ambrosio concluded.
