Missing out on Arturo Vidal in the last mercato has not deterred Inter’s interest in him according to Corriere dello Sport. The Chilean is understood to be uneasy with the current goings on at Bayern Munich following the sacking of Carlo Ancelotti and wants to ensure he will be at the World Cup with Chile next year.

Inter’s owners Suning plan to make a loan proposal for the midfielder with a redemption obligation attached. Inter and the 30-year-old had an agreement in the last mercato and there would be nothing stopping that agreement carrying forward.

The Nerazzurri have Ramires and Alex Teixeira, both of whom are at their ‘cousins’ Jiangsu Suning aswell as Sampdoria’s Lucas Torreira in mind as alternatives.
