In a long interview with Guerin Sportivo, Milan’s managing director Marco Fassone has reflected his views on management in Juventus, Napoli, Inter and Milan:

“My observation might be different from others but I think it is interesting. Juventus is the most well structured and professional club. Napoli has a master who has a plan but isn’t quite well structured and has sometimes fallen due to this. Inter is a team which has always needed a strong personality on the pitch like Mancini or Mourinho. As Moratti would say, Inter is like a pretty disorganized woman who has a naive soul. Now the team has someone like Spalletti so they are also doing well”

“Moratti asked me to join Inter when he was transforming the squad. When Thohir arrived I was more involved in managing debts of the company. Milan later gave me an offer as they wanted someone who can curtail down the expenses”

“I think this year we will aim for a top 4 finish and our battle will be against Roma, Inter and Lazio mainly. Juventus and Napoli these two teams are far ahead than others.”
