Former Nerazzurri defender Cristian Chivu reviewed some of the Milan derby’s biggest moments.

Chivu firstly examined Milan’s defence for Mauro Icardi’s opener, “Bonucci did not cover his zone and Musacchio never went to mark Icardi, who then scored a good goal.”

The Romanian then analysed Milan’s equaliser shortly after the second half began, “Perisic and Gagliardini are both following Musacchio’s movement, they need to talk with each other. Inter looked like Milan did in the first half, a bit shaken, but when they got past Milan’s midfield they were headed for goal.”

Chivu also believes that it was a penalty adding, “Rodriguez did not even protest.”
