Borja Valero and Antonio Candreva could be rested and replaced by Joao Mario and Eder for tonight’s clash with Sampdoria according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
While Eder is the most likely to replace Candreva, if the former Lazio man is in fact dropped, Nerazzurri manager Luciano Spalletti could well spring a surprise by starting Yann Karamoh or Joao Cancelo instead.
