Corriere Dello Sport interviewed current Porto and former Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas about his opinion regarding the fight for this season’s Serie A title.
“Juventus have won the last 6 titles in a row, but this year it seems to me that the competition for the Bianconeri is greater. They have a chance to repeat themselves and set a record, but it seems to me that Inter, Lazio, Napoli and Roma are all capable of fighting to the end. Personally, I would be happy if my friends win, my friends Callejon, Reina and Albiol, they are all good guys to whom I’m close with and talk to every now and then. I wish them the best of luck.”
The FIFA World Cup winner and 2 time UEFA European Champion Iker Casillas finished up with a question about his memories of Portuguese manager from their time together at Real Madrid, José Mourinho: “it has been a part of my life because with him I won a Liga.”
