Inter striker Gabigol has met with his agent Kia Joorabchian and Joorabchian’s right hand man Sam Kohansal in London in recent days according to reports coming out of Brazil.

UOL Esporte report that the reason behind the meeting was to discuss the future of the the Brazilian forward, who has struggled for game time at Benfica, who he joined on loan in the summer.

Inter’s management are understood to have alerted Gabigol’s represenatives that he will have more freedom in selecting his next loan destination which could come in January.

The 21-year-old’s former club Santos are among four Brazilian clubs interested in his services. Sao Paulo, Flamengo and Cruzeiro are the three other interested parties.

Gabigol arrived at Inter to much fanfare but has failed to live up to the hype that surrounded him prior to his €30 million move in the summer of 2016. In 14 combined appearances in all competitions he has managed to score just twice.
