Former Roma and Brazil midfielder Paulo Falcao spoke on the season so far in Serie A on the sidelines of a Sport, Movies and TV festival.
“I think at this moment, evn if it is too early, it must be said that Napoli, Juventus, Inter, Roma and Lazio are the five teams that will end up at the top end of the league.”
Falcao, who spent five years on the books of Roma in the 1980s then spoke in some more detail on each of the clubs he named.
“They are all good teams. Napoli play well, Rome is in form at the moment, Inter play well under Spalletti, Juve is always Juve, while Lazio are on the rise.”
He concluded by admitting he was unsure as to who he was backing to win the title.
“I do not know who to bet on but obviously I would be happy if Roma were to win.”
