With Atalanta coming to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district for tonight’s Serie A fixture against Inter, two of the players in the visitors team will be observed by the Nerazzurri scouts, namely Rafael Toloi and Bryan Cristante according to a report in Italian media outlet FcInterNews.

According to the report, the Brazilian defender has been tracked by Inter for quite some time now and has been doing a very good job under Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini but the Nerazzurri are not the only team following his development. Premier League outfit Watford are also keeping an eye on Toli and are thinking about adding him to coach Marco Silva’s squad when the transfer window opens in January.

The same applies to midfilder Bryan Cristante, but with different clubs involved. After Inter’s scouts started following the  former AC Milan player Simone Inzaghi’s Lazio as well Max Allegri’s Juventus have noticed the qualities of the young player, born 1995.

The 22-year old is on loan at Atalanta from Benfica, with the Bergamaschi having an option to make the transfer permanent set at €4 million. FcInterNews believes that this is an option they will utilize in order to allow for a bidding war to take place for Cristante, where the transfer fee will most certainly supercede the amount Atalanta have agreed with with Benfica over.
