The second part to Davide Santon’s interview with Premium Sport ahead of Cagliari-Inter has been released. The Inter full back spoke on current manager Luciano Spalletti and if he can be compared to Jose Mourinho.
“It is important that the manager is trying to make everyone feel involved and confident. He has always liked me and I know the relationship between us has grown. He never lets us slack, it has been like that from the first day and it is right that he is like this because we should never lower our guard.
“There are so many things similar between Spalletti and Jose Mourinho but I do not want to make comparisons, everyone has their own way of doing things. The desire he has helps us and motivates us, it is a fundamental thing.”
The 26-year-old full back made his first start of the season in Sunday’s game with Atalanta which was his third appearance in total this season.
