Inter lock horns with Cagliari this weekend and will be looking at more than just getting away with the three points.

According to calciomercato.com, Inter will also look at Rossoblu duo Nicolo Barella and Joao Pedro. The Nerazzurri are long term admirers of the former who has also attracted interest from Juventus.

Joao Pedro on the other hand is a new name for Inter and has impressed them with his performances in attacking midfield this season. The 25-year-old Brazilian has four goals and one assist in 12 Serie A games this season and his form was recently rewarded by the Cagliari hierarchy in the form of a new contract to 2021.

Moreover, Inter youngster Andrea Pinamonti could well move to Cagliari in order to get some more playing time having found it difficult to do so in Inter’s first team. It is unclear whether he would be loaned – perhaps in January – or moved on on a permanent basis however.
