Inter Could Make Loan With Obligation Offer For Verdi

Inter will have scouts present at Bologna’s next two games with Milan and Juventus to cast an eye over attacker Simone Verdi.

Had Inter not had their mercato blocked by owners Suning, they would have already made an attempt for Verdi back in the summer. A permanent move in January is difficult for a number of reasons. Inter are no longer blocked by Suning but limited by Financial Fair Play which prevents them spending large sums without making sales. Moreover, Bologna are looking for €20 million for the Italian international, a fee that could be too big for the Nerazzurri in January for the aforementioned reason of FFP.

However, the Nerazzurri could propose a loan with an obligatory redemption attached for the 25-year-old Tuttosport detail. Verdi has impressed onlookers this term having scored four and assisted four in sixteen games in all competitions and is under contract with the Rossoblu through to 2021.

next season well need him if we qualify for CL for depth, although he wont take us to a higher level

Are you guys so in love for this guy?
He seems like a pretty good quality player but ,maybe it’s because I don’t know him so deeply …it’s hard for me to see him like something that makes a difference for us, if we play in UCL next season.
That’s the standard we should strive for and look at.

Different role ,but for example someone like Torreira ,who seems to be someone who could make a difference ,potentially at any level ,has a similar price tag ,with his 25 m clause.

He would possibly be Italian quality depth player who can play multiple positions. He has wicked shot and he can dribble and cross. I don´t know if he can offer such defensive cover like Perisic and Candy do, which has been one of the ingredients in this seasons success. He could well end up being the next Cerci, but if the deal would be 20 mil with initial loan I think that would be in my mind a gamble worth taking considering todays crazy market prices and FFP on Inter´s back.

I like this deal. Hopefully Bologna also likes it XD
