Inter manager Luciano Spalletti was among those present at the Pupi Foundation event last night.

“It is important to come together for these initiatives, life is made of very few important moments and many intervals. Knowing how to recognise them is fundamental and this is one of those,” Spalletti told the gathered journalists.

Spalletti kept his lips sealed when asked about Saturday’s game and sarcastically reminded journalists what was to come.

“There is a press conference in 2-3 days.”

Spalletti was then asked if the team are preparing for Saturday’s game any differently given the opposition.

“I do not see that because they need to prepare for this match as it is a different match. They are doing things in the right way, they have been training in the perfect way for quite some time now and this is fundamental in order to be ready. If you prepare well during the week and you are ready on Sunday then you are ready to do well, if not then everything will be much more difficult. We are preparing.”
