“A most important save against Magnaghi, becuase going behind would have been really, really hard. I am very happy with my season premier as a starting player, on a personal level everything went well, but I think that we could have and should have done much, much better”. These are the words to InterTV from tonight’s hero, Inter goalkeeper Daniele Padelli, who saved three penalties and was the man behind Inter going through to the next round in this year’s TIM Coppa Italia. The 32-year old continues: “We knew that the game would have this kind of character, with them falling back, trying to minimize our chances to get into the area, but at the end everything worked out for the best. But as the minutes passed you could tell that we got frustrated because this is atough team that never gives up. I would be really happy if Pordenone could make it to Serie B this season. On Saturday we face Udinese, we just hope that we can make it easier that time in order to get the three important points”.
