Inter linked Daniel Sturridge has had a £30 million – approximately €34 million – price tag placed on his head by his club Liverpool according to a number of reports coming out of the UK.

The Liverpol Echo report that “the 28-year-old frontman has informed the Reds that he wants to leave during the current window in order to secure the regular action required to force his way into England’s World Cup squad.”

However, they also add, “Jurgen Klopp remains keen for Sturridge to stay for the rest of the season but will grant him his wish if Liverpool receive an offer which they believe matches his value. As it stands Sturridge is not available for loan with the Reds only considering a permanent move.”

This season, Sturridge, who has also played for Premier League duo Chelsea and Manchester City, has made 14 appearances in all competitions scoring three and assisting three during that time.
