Inter have set a deadline for Barcelona to reply to their latest – and what is reported to be their final – offer for Rafinha in order to give them enough time to go after other targets if it is rejected.

Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo report that Inter want the Spanish powerhouses to make a decision on the offer within a 48-72 hour time frame.

Their latest offer consists of a six month loan offer with an option to turn the move permanent for €35 million, €15 million more than Inter had initially bid. Barcelona however want it to be a compulsory redemption linked to Inter qualifying for next season’s Champions League.

The Brazilian has yet to play for the Blaugrana this term due to the fact he only recently returned from an injury that had kept him sidelined since the early part of last year but Inter have received assurances that the player is fit.
