SportMediaset report that Liverpool will still not entertain dry loan proposals for striker Daniel Sturridge amid interest from Inter and Sevilla.

The Reds want to either sell the 28-year-old outright or loan him out with a redemption obligation attached but neither formula interests Inter who only want to loan him with an option to redeem instead. It is unclear though how the Spanish side feel about the transfer formula’s requested by the Anfield club.

Moreover, SportMediaset have brought an update with regard to the situation concerning Inter’s ongoing negotiations with Barcelona over Rafinha.

The 24-year-old’s agent, his father, Mazinho will try and force the transfer to Inter and has already told the Blaugrana management that his son wants Inter and only Inter and will therefore not entertain offers from other clubs.

SportMediaset have also put the media rumours linking Inter with Axel Witsel to bed. The Belgian, who has been linked with the Nerazzurri in the past is not an option for Inter, even on loan, due to the fact he earns €18 million per season at Chinese club Tianjin Quanjian.
