Reports Suggest Real Madrid Open To Loaning Kovacic To Inter

Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport analysed Inter’s dealings on the transfer market in today’s paper edition of the outled. According to the report, after the successful signing of Rafinha, Inter are currently looking to add yet another midfielder in their ranks.

Ramires is someone who is preferred but landing him seems very complicated at this moment. In Spain there are rumors that former Inter man Mateo Kovacic may make his way back to Inter after having a rough period at Real Madrid. As his probability of getting a place in the starting line-up in the current Real Madrid team is low so the Merengues could loan him out for six months so that he can get more minutes on the pitch.

On the other hand, the Portuguese international Joao Mario may leave Inter for West Ham United. Talks are ongoing between the parties and soon they could find a suitable deal. There is absolutely no news of Eder joining Crystal Palace at this moment but if the Italian striker finally decides to leave then Inter would spend the earned money on Daniel Sturridge.

The return of Gabriel Barbosa to Santos on loan is also final as of now where Inter will pay part of his wages, Corriere concludes.

i havent finish my comment to this article but the next one already rubbish it lol

  • interfan@asean

why him ? why not Pastore if inter needs creativity so much ?

    • John

Pastore is too expensive. We really should’ve kept Banega, or maybe it’s time to change the 4-2-3-1 formation to something else. Little sense playing with 4-2-3-1 when we don’t have an AM.

  • Omar

He failed in Madrid and now some people want him back? What would you expect from him? Didn’t he fail with us as well? He’s not another Coutinho

    • Aaron

Not many players can get a start over modric and kroos…

      • Omar

I don’t see him adding anything to us

    • il Biscione

Agreed. Good dribbling, but lacks footballing IQ to fulfill his potential. Mr. Sideways pass as someone here once defined him.

    • Giuseppe Meazza

      Clearly you don’t watch matches.

    Media fantasies

  • nozanneti

ramirez is younger, playing in better league and better !
    yet, I’d prefer CEBALLOS !

    • Al

Ramirez jr , ramirez’ son might be younger than kova !

      • nozanneti

        haha, sure !

  • JAY

    west ham is an insult

    • Il Principe di Persia

The way he plays right now, is bigger than any insult that u think.

I don’t if it’s intentional or just drop of form, but it’s ridiculous.

    • Sean Patrick

The Portuguese Eder played a big part and he’s not even good enough for West Ham.

      • JAY

not even, he just did that lucky shot, but j Mario was amazing at euros, one of the stand out performers, and in the final he was also great at shooting down the opponents and running like a tireless horse which we don’t see him doing at inter almost never

  • Sean Patrick

I assume they would use him to start talks for Icardi.

    • nozanneti

      smart thinking !

  • Enes Aliu

Please make it happen and let Spalleti see what we have missed by letting him go. If Spalleti wants him, the chinese won’t hesitate to spend up to 60-70 millions on him!

    • nozanneti

is he still a chicken on the pitch ??

      • Enes Aliu

He guarded Messi for fuck’s sake and did a great job at it. Your question seems quite inappropriate, don’t you think ?

        • Aaron

Considering RM lost 4-0 to barca then I don’t think that’s a big feat..but yeah Kova would bring some welcomed creativity

          • Enes Aliu

Kovacic wasn’t in the last match at all. I’m only talking about the matches he was out there guarding Messi. And he’s so much better at defense than when he was with us.

In terms of creativity his dribbling and fast sprints are unmatched. He only needs to get better at shooting.

If RM didn’t think he can be good, they would have sold him this last summer but that’s why they are just keeping him unless someone offers some good money. Because either way they won’t lose with him.

          • nozanneti

Kovacic wasn’t in the last match at all. —– you didn’t watch the match, the last one?!?! real madrid fans wanted to kill him after he was indolent on the pitch, lost the ball from rakitića and was only watching how barca scored the goal…
he was proclaimed the bigest cause for big barca win… google it, ;-))
btw. I am croatian and was watching him in zagreb, in dinamo… it was always the same story with him; great expectations and than … nothing or even worse happens !
please, don’t preach me about kovačić, I know him since time he was in youth team and falsely proclaimed as “new messi” LOL !

          • Enes Aliu

Okay I didnt saw the last match, I thought he was still out with the injury when that match happened. Why do you know more about football or Kovacic because you are croatian ? wtf

I know that he is 10 times better than Brozovic and like the best midfielder we’ve had since Sneijder went.

He at least got shit done even though he has so many things to improve.

You seem to really dislike the guy…

          • nozanneti

because, I know about all that fake myth built around him that gangster mamić spread through media to make him look like a wunderkind worth millions, just to sell him to some rich club and grab the money.
I have nothing against your attitude, but, let me have mine and tell what I think. CEBALLOS looks very promising to me, but he is just a 3rd option for ausilio and real are, I guess, not mad to let him go permanently.
brozović is forced in creative midfielder role in inter and he has never in his life been that! he was always runner and helping force to creators and it is up to inter to realize that fact. inter do not understand his capabilities, virtues and weaknesses. some smart coach will take advantage of his features .. if it fits to inter needs O.K:, if not O.K: as wel ! he needs a new environment for further progress…

          • Enes Aliu

Okay man you clearly are biased when you talk against Kovacic.

I’m not he’s saying the best in the world because he clearly isn’t even though I was very sad to see him leave but you make him like he has no talent at all when he clearly has been the best midfielder we had in the recent years.

And nor Inter and nor Real Madrid fall for any gangster’s words unless the player has some sort of talent. It is obvious you aren’t fond of Kovacic because of this gangster thing but it’s not objective you saying that is a fake myth, we’re talking about a player that is playing in the greatest clubs of the world for 5 years in a row.

If it had really been a myth he would have long gone ended up back in the Croatia league or even worse, but instead the majority of Europe top clubs are monitoring him such as Rome, Manchester United and so on.

And Brozovic is just pure mediocre tbh, especially because of his character no matter where you play him.

          • nozanneti

what’s wrong with his character ?
he is just uneducated, he has elementary school and perhaps gifted butchery since his father is a butcher. he is not a thinker, to him the world looks flat and he is not a person of many and big words, because he has no knowledge and vocabulary for that.
I don’t hate kovačić, but I know his story from the begining …

          • Enes Aliu

Everything is wrong with his character because he’s a pure average player that probably his best is going to be Inter because if the big clubs wanted him we would have sold him long time ago. And yet he acts sort of like he’s some legend, that’s just unheard!

Don’t change subject now, you said Kovacic is a myth. Accept the fact that you’re being too biased when it comes to Kovacic. Now like I said above, I’m not saying he’s Messi or anything like that but he’s for sure way better than you make him to be.

          • nozanneti

Accept the fact that you’re being too biased when it comes to Kovacic.

—– Note that I didn’t tell you you were loviong Kovačić for suspicios reasons,… hehe. O.K: he is your favorite, I admit ! 😉

          • Enes Aliu

You’re not doing a proper debate here my friend. You said that Kovacic is a myth. That he got to Inter and Real because some Croatian gangster hyped him up.

Then please tell me how he is a myth since I’m too biased when talking about Kovacic ??! And I accept it that I’m a fan of him but still I don’t deny that he needs to improve, I don’t deny that he might never reach his full potential but that remains to be seen.

While regarding Brozovic you have to be very biased to actually defend him. But I get you, since you’re Croatian yourself and you can connect differently to each player from Croatia like I do with albanian players where I loved Xherdan Shaqiri and hated Valon Behrami even though he was very good.

Brozovic hasn’t done anything in Inter for the 3 years he has been with us now except creating clans and acting like he is some kind of Maradona on the pitch, so it’s not that hard to go wrong with Brozovic believe me. He wasn’t able even to secure a starter position in the first place. That tells more than enough.

          • nozanneti

I’ve always been fan of Xherdan Shaqiri.
I hope brozović finds his place somewhere else and play his football, like shaqiri did,

          • Enes Aliu

You still avoided my questions but anyways Forza Inter and hopefully we’ll win tonight!

And I hope that not just Brozovic but even Nagatomo and many others I dislike prove me wrong for Inter’s sake because Inter is above every player!

          • KernThoTH TOFTS IUL ABS

I feel a leader in midfield often is the most effective 27-31, 32 y/o. Let’s not become Atalanta. Get the proven ones, with a brain no longer in the last stages of puberty. Boys under 23-25 are still boys, kids. I am not saying, go Inter-old boys, but the central roles need players that is in biology actually a man. Kovacic, I have a bad gut feeling about him, too young to dictate the mid. But it could be the old memories of him… I cannot say. Rafinha will be more effective I think. For the record, I used to be a total fan of the idea-Kovacic. Our squad is a bit below the average age I prefer playing under pressure at San Siro.

          • KernThoTH TOFTS IUL ABS

Saying that Brozovic is emotionally immature, atleast not as mature as he should be, would not be overstating it all. Zanetti might be one of the most emotionally mature players I have seen, just to name an ideal. It translates further to wisdom, and above wisdom is where you can practice so called intuition –> This is where also creativity is in the brain, the Right hemisphere if you will… Kovacic have not practiced his ability to lead the team, as Inter was expecting of him… Fair to say it is a gamble.

          • Enes Aliu

I agree with you man, I’m not saying Kovacic will solve all our problems but right now he’s a significant upgrade to the midfielders we already have.

Right now we need someone like him, Valero is old and gets tired quickly, the only other good midfielders are Vecino and Gagliardini with the last one being a defensive minded player.

While Mario, Brozo are on and off the whole time so you really can’t trust them.

Kovacic is way more consistent and with his dribbling and passing skills he always makes a threat for the opponents. However that being said he has to grow up and become a leader like you said.

But right now given the situation, Kovacic would be a major hit for this January market exceptionally because he already knows Serie A and Inter and it will take him no time to adapt to the team.

          • nozanneti

            nice analysis, dear mr. shrink.
as always in psyhology … it might be so …

          • grilliant

Actually the last match he played was against Leganes. He missed an easy one-on-one.

          • Asyrof Syarif

Ironically we have abundant DM, and desperately needed the midfielder who can shoot.
Btw, i prefer him than broz.

          • KernThoTH TOFTS IUL ABS

Guarin, the man keeping San Siro Aviatic Grill and BBQ stocked up. I imagine him doing better than Mario/Broz. I dont see our tactics today even finding room for shots outside the box… It is hard to shoot and score, when.. hmm… I feel Icardi is the player who do not aid in building play… He is not a Milito either, trying scary runs all the time… the curse of having Icardi, is strike-mon, singular, one player on most score sheets. Guarin over Kovacic. Ok Most for jokes, but our players aren’t 10 years old girls, they can shoot… if they get to practice trying more

          • nozanneti

he has no creativity, just horizontal and backwards passes … :-((

          • Enes Aliu

Remember when Icardi tied for most goals in Serie A ??

That was all Kovacic because we literally didn’t have wingers at that time. Have you ever seen Kovacic play though ?

          • NERAZZURRI

Kovacic qualities are unquestionable, what he did at INTER is enough to show how a star he already is… I miss that direct deadly passes he used to assist or that 4 players dribbling going forward to make a 1-1 final pass, Kovacic before he left learned how to defend efficiently and became almost complete for his age, he only needed the ball not Mancio complains when the team was $hi! , Kovacic was and still in my opinion the perfect 10 we miss, very intelligent player… indeed a professor.

          • Enes Aliu

Finally someone who appreciates Kovacic for his skills.

If he came right now to us he is without a doubt the best midfielder in Serie A.

Actually he has been the most consistent player before we sold him, in every match almost he was there making the dribbles and the passes and the team should have been built around him, not around Icardi.

But thanks to Mancio who’s gonna remain an average coach all his life we sold him because he didn’t know how to shape the talent of Kovacic.

Instead he went classic mode, by wingers, play with wide crosses and hope you win as many matches as possible… -_-

          • Pradana Gilang

Based on your opinion, Zidane who win everything with RM, is mediocre coach as well only because he don’t know to shape kovacic talent. well done mate!

          • Enes Aliu

Now you’re taking my words out of context how they suit you better, that’s a cheap shot!

Tell me now what did Mancini do to be considered a great coach ??

He failed everywhere he went, Mourinho came and won us the CL with a very modest team compared to the teams we eliminated in our way to the finals.

All he has done is the winning of the titles with us where Juve and Milan were in Serie B because of Calciopoli and we had a superior team compared to every one in the league. And that Premiere League title with City after hundreds of millions spent and they fired him too.

Can you really compare Mancini with the likes of Ferguson,Guardiola, Anceloti, Mourinho etc ?

          • Pradana Gilang

Maybe you were just a kid when I see how mancio built a team with young and unproven players like Maicon, Maxwell, Adriano, Martins and Julio Cesar. And Milan were never in serie B because of Calciopoli, also they are still one of the best Milan in history with Kaka, Nesta, Pirlo, Seedorf, Sheva, and Maldini at a peak of their career. I never said mancini is the best coach in the world, but he is still decent coach that have many trophies on his pocket. Even more than all of our coach after mourinho, including Spalletti. So, have said mancio is bad coach because of kovacic is a joke for me

          • Pradana Gilang

Mancio win something with almost bankrupt viola and lazio back then. That’s the reason Moratti hire him, and that was the decision I cherish until now. If only he never accept the offer to comeback to have 2nd spell with us, we would remember him way differently.

          • nozanneti

            hahaha

          • nozanneti

I agree about mancio…terrible person and coach !

          • nozanneti

            I agree ! a professor in kindergarten.
