Inter’s Slovakian international central defender Milan Skriniar, stopped by Inter TV and Sky Sport Italia to share his thoughts on tonight’s big match in the Serie A when the Nerazzurri host AS Roma at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district with kick-off scheduled for 20.45 CET.

The former Sampdoria defender began by arguing that Inter “have to get off to a strong start after the break, starting with the match today. We have trained really well after the break and we are ready for tonight’s match. We have been in difficulty before the break but we want to start off ina  strong way.

Skriniar was then asked about Roma’s strong attacking players and in particular how he’s going to stop AS Roma’s Bosnian international striker Edin Dzeko who is being linked with a move to Chelsea together with teammate Emerson Palmieri during this transfer window.

“I know him, I have already played against him and I know his strenghts and his weaknesses. If we do our part we can win. They are strong but so are we. We are in front of our fans and we want to win” Skriniar stated.

In conclusion he was asked about the transfer window rumors surrounding him to which he replied: “I am only focused on giving everything I have for Inter.”
