Racing Club have set their sights high and have unveiled a plan to try and bring Javier Pastore back to Argentina according to Fox Sports Argentina.

It is well known that Inter have been tracking the Argentinian play maker during the month but wit the signing of Rafinha it would seem that their midfield hole has now been filled opening the door for Racing.

The President of Racing spoke to Argentine press saying: “Pastore is a player that everyone wants, but we can only get him on loan.”

Without confirming that he is ready to make a bid, he did declare his interest in the player who has reported expressed his intentions to move this month in order to get a place in Argentina’s World Cup squad this summer. At the moment there has been no response from the players entourage but it is a situation that will continue to be monitored for the remainder of this transfer window.
