The Brazilian midfielder is set to complete his move to Inter on Monday morning with a medical. The now former Barcelona player will not be at the San Siro to see his new side in action as they face Roma in Serie A.

Corriere dello Sport reports that the Brazilian will sign for Inter on a loan deal until the summer with Inter reserving the right to purchase the player for a fee of €35 million plus a further €3 million in bonuses. With this comes the option in the contract to extend for a further three years.

It is thought that the player will earn €1,5 million in wages until the end of the season and should Inter decide to make the move permanent he will continue to earn the same money throughout the duration of his contract with the Nerazzurri.

Rafinha will report for a medical on Monday morning at the Humanitas medical centre before signing the contract and completing his move from Barcelona. It is thought that he has already chosen to wear the number 12 shirt.
